The products detailed on this page were designed exclusively for UK company Stilexo to form a new range of contemporary furniture called Stil Furniture, which was launched in January 2013.
I was handed a blank sheet of paper and asked to design & develop a number of ranges of furniture suitable for modern living. Using my own experience of living in a "compact" inner-city environment I introduced a number of space-saving ideas into the ranges whilst maintaining a strong visual language that reflected the Swedish origins of UK-based Stilexo.

Leisure Home Layout & Furniture Design
I was approached by leading leisure home manufacturer, Atlas Leisure Homes, to redesign the "front end" of one of their products. The project involved looking into the general layout of the leisure home as well as designing the individual items of furniture; maximising living and storage space whilst working within a fixed footprint.
The design I submitted had clearly defined "zones" - entrance hall, kitchen & living area - whilst maintaining a familiar feel, meaning that existing and potential customers weren't put off by a dramatic change to what they were expecting. Using the height of the leisure home to optimise storage enabled me to include dedicated storage for wet / soiled outdoor clothes and shoes, and many of the internal fixtures and fittings, such as wall-heaters and televisions, were moved to more rational positions.
